Amazing stay and honestly much better than the photos. The villa was super clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The host was also excellent and always responded very quickly whenever we needed anything. Because of the monsoon season and rainy weather, we actually spent most of our time inside the villa relaxing in the living room area — and the sofa was amazing and extremely comfortable. The location is also the best area to stay in Phuket, with restaurants, supermarkets, and the beach all very close by. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

We had a fantastic two-week stay and couldn’t have asked for better hosts. The hosts were exceptional, incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, with regular cleaning throughout our stay, which made a real difference over a longer visit. It felt well looked after and easy to settle into straight away. Overall, a brilliant experience from start to finish. We’d happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed stay.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb and would definitely stay again. The house was spacious, clean, well maintained, and very family friendly. The rooms were large, the bedding was comfortable, and the whole property felt safe and relaxing. The pool was cleaned every 2–3 days, and a maid also came regularly for light cleaning, which was really appreciated during our stay. The host at SUBATA VILLAS was extremely responsive and accommodating throughout. He even helped organise a surprise for our Mums birthday before check in and always arrived quickly whenever we had trouble working something in the house. The area itself was nice and safe, easy for cab drivers to find, and the neighbours were quiet. There’s also a 7/11 nearby which was very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Thank you to the team at Subata Villas.

I am coming to Phuket for the 7th times and unfortunately just now I found this gem! Perfect location, very big - perfect for families house, nicely decorated, which feels like you are at home. One thing is if you want privacy, be aware backyard is not that private from the neighbors. Overall, I really enjoyed staying there! Will definitely stay there next time I’m in Phuket!

We had a great time in this beautiful, well-kept villa. The villa has everything and we were very comfortable as a family to stay in it. The villa is built to a very high standard and every room is spacious and cozy. The courtyard is beautiful and well maintained and the pool is pleasant and fun. The hosts were always available and helped with any problem. We highly recommend staying here!

The hosts have been the most hospitable for our group. The property was brand new and everything we needed was provided for. The filtered water tap was a life saver and a great move to save the earth. We stayed for 5 nights and they’ve provided housekeeping and pool cleaning on a periodic basis. They’ve been extremely responsive and made sure to remind us on various important aspects such as electricity usage. I would definitely book this place again. Such a gem. Highly recommended.

The villa is nicely decorated and good bed and sofa quality! Location is walkable to EDC event and nearby to Bang Tao beach. The hosts are very responsive. Despite a water disruption during the EDC event, they hired a water tank to refill the villa. There was a slight delay due to event congestion, but it still got done. One room had an aircon issue and the hosts arranged a technician to find the root cause and resolve it the next day. Overall a good experience.

Great hosts, had a fantastic stay here. We will definitely come back again! The best place on Bang Tao! We didn’t have any problems during our entire stay; the hosts informed us about the cleaning and were generally very attentive to our needs, which is always nice.
